Thanks to Joe and everyone who voted. Does this mean I get to be Prime Minister too? :)

I echo the sentiments of @AmericanPie, it's a great place to be.

Hi there,

I met ivansneck in Paris last year and we talked the whole evening about football. I´m always interessted in local football and so I found the way to Notts County and  prideofnottingham.co.uk - great website! Living in Hanover my heart belongs to Hannover 96. Hart times for us as we will relegate, but 20 years ago 96 played in the Regionalliga (3rd League)  - so we are used to up and downs...

Welcome to the community @Altin Lala! Had you heard about Notts County before?

Look on the bright side, you'll be able to play Waldhof soon B)

At least you may get to play the famous DSC Arminia Bielefeld

Yeah. Best player ever. Started with 96 in Regionalliga and ended up playing EuroLeague... Never played somewhere else end ended his career in Hannover.

Better Bielefeld or Waldhof than Hoffenheim or Ingolstadt...

@TheSkipper roped me into joining, he has been trying to get me to sign up for the majority of last season but I'm not the biggest fan of discussing things on forums. I tend to stick to Facebook but we will see.

Hope you stick around @The Heff I find this place much friendlier than Notts County Facebook groups.

Why did you join prideofnottingham.co.uk?

I don't remember what prompted me to join but I had been reading the site for awhile before I did.

What is your main highlight of being a member?

I would say I am more a background member, I post and try to join in but I have not been as involved.

How much have you seen PoN grow during your time?

The site seems to grow all the time, it's just sad to see those quiet days and how various members have seemed to disappear. If the team can get more back I do feel PON would thrive.

As a community, what would you say are the three core values to PoN and why?

Informative, friendly and open for all.

Why did you join prideofnottingham.co.uk?

I have followed PON on social media for awhile now, very loosely I would admit but I wanted to join in somewhere I felt comfortable with sharing my thoughts.

What is your main highlight of being a member?

Being greeted by a Derby fan ;)

How much have you seen PoN grow during your time?

On social media seems to grow when Notts are doing well, the site I am quite new to.

As a community, what would you say are the three core values to PoN and why? Hopefully PON can avoid all the angry and mardy fans that plaque the social media.

At the time you was obsessed with Notts and loved being a part of the community, not just with PON.

Why did you join prideofnottingham.co.uk?

I joined after seeing a call to action for writers, that is what brought me to the site. I thought PON could help me and I could help the site in return.

What is your main highlight of being a member?

Winning the Member of the Month, it was a nice surprise for doing something I enjoy.

How much have you seen PoN grow during your time?

PON has grown a lot, especially over the last few months with people making effort with the site. The community could be much bigger if people got involved, I don't know why PON isn't more of a hub for the club.

As a community, what would you say are the three core values to PoN and why?

Quality, progression and togetherness

Why did you join prideofnottingham.co.uk?

I joined because I noticed a difference in the quality of articles returned and the quality of discussions just seemed refreshing, so I took the plunge, as they say. I think it’s a very good site. I usually just read to avoid the bother, but this place seems like the real deal.

What is your main highlight of being a member?

So far, I would say the sheer number of friendly people that welcomed me was a nice touch and a sign that I had made the right decision to join.

How much have you seen PoN grow during your time?

As someone who has mostly read the site, I’ve noticed that there have been spells where things are busy and then it drops off. The site will have those times, but the last few months have been very encouraging, I feel. More fans should get involved; I believe this.

As a community, what would you say are the three core values to PoN and why?

Friendliness, quality and discussions. There’s a bit of everything, but how friendly people are and how they can share their own opinions without resorting to name-calling or arguing is really good. I would say it’s well-run, excellently moderated and stands by its principles.
