Morning all, pinch punch first of the month and all that.

How are we feeling after last nights defeat, I didn't go but opted for a bbq'd steak a few beers and a couple of glasses of wine, I was keepin tabs on twitter though.

Feeling a bit fragile this morning maybe a glass too many. Ah well today's another day, I've got some gardening to do, there is a big hedge at the side of our property that belongs to next door but they are showing no sign of butting it back so yours truly will have to do it, it's a conifer so if not cut it will soon become unmanageable.

The sun is actually out. That's a rare sight indeed! Ladies FA Cup final later. Will be watching it as a neutral, I used to follow Lincoln Ladies, I won't bring up the past, I had to find a new team, so I settled on London Bees. Hope all the Notts fans have a safe trip. Wembley will be an experience.

Forgot about the cup final, yes I'll be watching that, I've done the hedge and I'm exhausted now ready to relax.

Looking forward to watching the Lady Pies on tv.

Played badminton this am, done a bit of domestic stuff. May clean car or, possibly, watch some of the Ladeez footie this pm.

Not so fat man up a hill! And back down

Driven to Norfolk today ( I thought we were going yesterday! ) it's a long way to the coast there man! A lot further than skeg!

I've been to Wembley with @Joe Jones, it was brilliant to see so many fans happy and what a showcase for the ladies.

Overall a good day out.
