Fallout behind the scenes

does anyone think something is seriously wrong behind the scenes as a lot of people are saying Ricardo has fell out with the players that's why they were apparently dropped I've read that a lot of fans at the game yesterday were all saying there was a Thursday bust up between him an the players so they were dropped now if that's true I'm concerned because that indicates he's lost the dressing room an the team selection could be unchanged and there could be a lot of unhappy players like Carroll McLeod noble who all could demand moves if this is the case I do feel something strange is bein kept away from us as yesterday was very strange an his interview didn't reli give us much as to why he did it but who knows its a mystery at the minute but he does have a history of falling out with people

No, not really.

There's always rumours going around, usually it's just a case of the manager bottling the selection. I have heard that Notts are wanting to take the JPT serious, yet I cannot imagine that would come as cost of a league game. If this is the case, it's sheer madness because we need to get back to League One ASAP.

I don't think there's been any fallout, if it's a case of 9 players being unhappy - I am sure it would have been leaked by now.

You can silence a few, yet you cannot silence a team and 9 is pretty much exactly that.

Moniz probably felt we could throw a weakened side out and do well, clearly he's still learning about the depth of his squad and his eccentricity is probably just a case of not knowing how tough League Two is.

why would they leak it ? makes no sense to leak it take last year for a example players were unhappy and when they stopped playing for Derry that's when he lost the dressing room sorry joe but they ain't gonna tell us what's gone off but it's clear to see that something has happened you don't just drop ur first 11 for a game in which Sheffield are gonna stuff us in to me it's a crap excuse there tired no there not tired something has gone off and it will come out one way or another the performances will show what's happened and the body language whatever he's close to losin his job if he keeps pulling off these stunts FACT sorry everyone it just really gets me mad when managers do stupid things I am as passionate as you lot are this is our club and it's getting worse

I suspect the majority of rumours come from staff and players, so @[member="notts-joe"] seems to be onto something there.

It's pure conjecture, and a lot of rumours will always fly around on social media, but I find this plausible. Anyone who's seen Carroll play knows he can get heated at times. Hollis was blamed for the goal. RM was probably angry with McLeod too. Moniz himself has a bit of a history of fall-outs at previous clubs. There's plenty of potential there for strife behind the scenes. And maybe the other players who were dropped sided with one of those three?

Whatever the motivation, Saturday was a prime example of cutting off your nose to spite your face. I bet Orient could hardly believe their luck when they found out that McLeod would be warming the bench.

I said this last night to tony if they had not had a fall out an they needed resting why not say look lads have the day off stay at home rest as I need you for Sunday he could of filled the bench with valencic snidjers Adams sharpe wroe pilkington take you're pick to me the fact he left all the good players on the bench serves he tried to be cocky make a point an it failed big time just makes zero sense also moniz please put snidjers in the squad for Christ sake he has more pace then Jenner an Burke combined he is fit and well as he has tweeted this an hasn't been in the squad for 5-6 games now wonder what's gone off as he was playing well

I'm sorry but McLeod is to good to be dropped an Carroll could play at a top league one club watching Carroll in goal is amazing he commands the box catches all crosses good penalty stopper to drop those two was suicide and Campbell puts fear into full backs with lightning pace
