English manager who knows the league or the philosophy approach ?

which would you all choose change to a English manager who knows the lower league and knows the ins and outs of league two or would you give the philosophy approach a season and take a massive risk with a huge squad with some very talented players that would easily walk into top league two teams maybe even league one sides

Someone who knows the league but with experience of that above this one. I do hope Moniz makes it through the season tho

this weekend by Saturday depending on results we could sit 17th in league two an if we lose to Plymouth and Yeovil could be 18-19th he hasn't got long left if we don't start winning away an conceding silly goals an silly team selections a feel sheff United could be his last straw depending what stunts he pulls off
