Non League perhaps, but I don't see him becoming successful in management.

He doesn't show the understanding or adjustment, if people like CK can 'speak' a good game but fail to implement what he says - our former old boy Jamie Fullarton will struggle at any senior level above amateur football. Which sadly, I don't think Forest are so desperate to appointment a manager out of his depth. JF's future problems remains within coaching, which will be interesting to see if he links up with Dougie again.
