Favourite ex player (that you have met)

I thought it would be interesting to see which ex player got the most mentions from the community.

So, which ex player is your favourite from having met in person? feel free to include the stories attached, I am sure it would be interesting to read.

I have only met Jason Lee (pineapple hair) but that was on a school trip to those over the Trent, other than that I've never really had the opportunity to meet any ex county players but I've played with Steve Hodge the ex florist player

@ohstanleyaborah former development squad manager for Notts and caretaker manager when.... I won't say it. :P

For me, I have met quite a few but I have enjoyed meeting my childhood icons such as Steve Cherry and Phil Turner (both of which are County through and through). I met Phil in the MLSB last season (I think it was), I quickly snapped his picture and then headed out. He followed me, I though he may have been unhappy with me taking the picture but he asked where he knew me from - I spoke about the fan site etc.

Turned out he had seen a graphic I created on Facebook.

Played cricket against Lundy after he had finished his football career and he was a gent, but that might be because they stuffed us. Also played against Mick Waitt and Steve Thompson and both were willing to talk all things Notts.

I met a few of the Warnock side when I used to watch the reserves, in those days I watched the ressies from behind the goal in the family stand and they used to come and sit in the same area.
