the atkinson and hewitt debate got me thinking, they are both decent players who are promising but both need to improve.

are there any other plays that you like but need to improve?

Campbell - He probably will under a settled manager (like Cooper) but he needs to work on his performances/distribution and finishing.

McLeod - He needs to try extra hard to lift his confidence.

Noble - Similar to Campbell, but he needs his passion and ambition back.

I agree with all the players mentioned above, I think once we start to win games again everyone's confidence will be boosted, take Audel for example, under cooper he has been excellent, but under the previous managers he was abit hit and miss, I think Thompson and Hollis are the same, they are both notts born and bred so I have a soft spot for them but I think both do have something there but need confidence to strive

Burke for me. He has shown that he has bags of ability, but needs to learn how to actually play the game and what is needed from a modern day player. Luxury players are a thing of the past and he needs to realise that fast.

Burke is a great prospect, but we need to be performing well and getting results for him to gain the confidence to shine. This is something which comes from experience, though I would agree he needs to adapt his game - if he could focus more on his passing/movement it would go along way.

Agree with all the above mentioned players lots there with potential , maybe they need some better established performers around them to bring them on , and I would add coops also to work with them longer term .
