I doubt Arsenal or many other club for that fact will see a manager remain in charge for this period of length. It's a rarity now, just like players like Tony Adams.

It'll still happen but be very rare. Dario Gradi and John Coleman spring to mind but I can't imagine anyone beating Guy Roux's 40 something years at a top league club.
