For every seller, there must be a buyer. It would be interesting if Hardy offered a lower amount than his first bids earlier this year? Just hope Ray accepts that there is only one buyer in town.

Guess we knew that was on the cards , I have no faith at all in a takeover happening in the near future , What does the future hold ????????

Surely if Ray delays even more (for understandable reasons) he's just thowing good money after bad?

maybe the only way forward is that he accepts Hardy's offer but remains a minority percentage shareholder...not perfect for either party, but the only possible quick fix solution

A compromise needs to be found , just how far apart are the valuation and the offer ????
