Andy McMillan has been appointed Head of Academy Coaching. This is a very important role and by all accounts he should be a good appointment.

I thought Mick would be given the nod to continue his work, though this is a welcomed surprise. I am sure the pair of them can get youngsters in and around our first team within a few years. One of the most important roles :)
