I don't know much about the HMRC process, however I think to prevent repeated visits there should be some sort of measure to stop it (mostly if someone is unwilling to pay things on time).

If you don't have the cash or are struggling the HMRC should be more flexible but transparency should happen if this is the case.

When this happens in sport, its really unfair to those that follow/support and its ultimately them who are punished. This whole situation seems silly to me, as I read tweets that the last time round it was because someone was away but now it's happened again. Bizarre!
