Does anyone know why everyone chanted "Oh Notts will win?"

For one game I could live with it but I found it very repetitive, I would have rather sung "I had a wheelbarrow" repeatedly but there are far better things fans can sing. I bet the Coventry fans wondered if we knew any other songs.

It must have added to the players nerves too.

i think it was a one off, i think better things should have been sung but i do think it added to the atmosphere going around meadow lane.

I think it would drive me crazy if I heard it every game, but I do also feel it added to the buzz around the ground and at times it actually helped to generate positive noise - especially in the first half.

We just have to ensure that different chants are started so we get a variety.

Also, I'm hoping each player can have their own chant and we can get 'em sung before the kick off. It must be a huge boost to the players to know that they have support right behind them.

I hope it was a one off @Chris I couldn’t sing that or hear it next season. ????????

Sounds like everyone is singing different words. 

People were signing that Notts will win, there's a few videos on FB of people doing it. I suppose fans may have confused what they hears like Chinese whispers. ????
