Have you ever watched a World Cup game in person?

Featured Replies

Have you ever watched a World Cup game in person? If not, what previous World Cup game would you have liked to witness as it happened?

I have only seen a couple of friendly internationals, but I have always dreamed of seeing a World Cup game. If I could go back and watch any game, I would choose the Argentina game where Beckham received his red card.

Oh oh oh ohhhhh, everywhere where we go, watching super County putting on a show!

No, not a World Cup game.

I would like to see England host one in my life time and I would be there watching.

I haven't either.

Hopefully England will be able to host another World Cup soon, as I would like to go but when I get a passport - this will always be doable but I'm vary cautious about locations especially nations like Russia (I would outright refuse to go). I hope to attend some qualification games in the near future, I do often get offered tickets and if I can afford to travel to London one day I'll accept.

A field where dreams become reality.

I have seen qualification games but never one during the actual group or knockout stages of the World Cup.

It's about time England hosted one though.

No but did see 1966 final on TV.
