I learned recently that a Notts fan and PON member @Dana Shoup had passed away, I don't know much more than that but I'm deeply saddened to learn about this.

I've met him several times, at both home and a few away games and he was a lively passionate fan.

Please share any stories or memories of Dana, he was quite active on both Twitter and Facebook.

Rest in Peace mate.

What a beautiful thing to do for a fellow magpie. I never met Dana but have heard so many lovely things about him. About his passion for County and going to games and friends he made while he was here. To come all that way for County why a fan. RIP Dana

so sad. :(

i remember dana posting in the early days of pon and i spoke to him on twitter and fb. he was a nice friendly person and he always wanted the best for the club, its a great shame.

I didn't know him personally, but I think I have seen him reply to things on the PON and official Notts page. This is very sad, he looks young!

Rest in Peace Dana :(

I didn't know Dana either but this is tragic news for someone in the prime of their life.

My deepest sympathy goes to the friends and family.

RIP Dana.

I was so sad to hear of this Dana befriended my Facebook persona he seemed a genuinely lovely bloke who has been taken too young, my condolences go to his family and friends.

Rest in peace my magpie friend.

I had chats with Dana on fb messenger many a time, cant believe hes gone.

Very saddened to see this, it's such a shame and a tragic loss.

I think he would be touched to know that PON cared and have paid tribute to him. Rest in Peace Dana.

I noticed this on the social media page, very devastating news.

He was originally from Kansas City right? I spoke to him a few seasons ago here in the states. He seemed a very genuine guy.

I’m deeply saddened to learn of his death.

Rest in Peace Dana.
