Game 37 - Cumbrians (A)

Team: Carlisle United

Date: 12/03/19

Where: Brunton Park

What line-up should Neal Ardley opt for? What will be the key areas for the Magpies to get a victory? What do you think the final score will be?

Have your say below, join in with the Pride of Nottingham match discussion.

Notts are now in Fergie time where we are loosing games and have not long to pull it back. They to find something .. a spark a kick I donโ€™t care what but they need to find it and now. If we loose this I have a horrid feeling ... Iโ€™m not going to say no way but the time has come they need to step up.

If Notts had more home games than they do survival might have been more optimistic for me but games like this just adds further nails into the coffin. I have little confidence in any of the players ability to lift the spirits.

Carlisle has a very good midfield, if they control the game - Notts will struggle.

Defensively, I think both teams have a concern, ourselves more than them and I really can't see anything coming from the game. It's going to be difficult with recent performance to see enough from all of the players to compete against Carlisle who have no issues creating chances. At times they might get the odd surprise result, but commonly in the games they control they do much better in.

I think they'llย find Tuesday fairly straight forward.

I bet Adam Collin and Nathan Thomas will be on top form..... Hoping they aren't though.....ย

Hang in there Notts!

It might have made sense to throw Fitzsimons in to handle the pressure and what not, I think people should accept the odd mistake - especially in games like this. I'm more in shock that Notts are winning! COYP!!
