TEAM NEWS

Rotherham still have a number of injury concerns with goalkeeper Scott Shearer and defenders Kari Arnason and Craig Morgan amongst those still out injured.

Midfielder Lee Frecklington (back) should be available.

Notts County are without suspended trio Dean Leacock, Jamal Campbell-Ryce and Lee Hughes.

Striker Hughes could be replaced by new loan signing Chris Iwelumo, but it is not yet clear if Watford will give him permission to play.

VIEWS FROM THE TRAINING GROUND

Rotherham boss Steve Evans told BBC Radio Sheffield:

"It's the magic of the FA Cup, isn't it? We couldn't have had a tougher home draw given their away record. They play like a good Championship club on the road.

"If it's a similar theme to the game as we had when we played Stevenage then the fans will have had value for money.

"The players here seem to have something within them that helps them to rise to the big occasion.

"If we had our full squad available then I'd say we were favourites for this match. I genuinely believe that."

Notts County manager Keith Curle told BBC Radio Nottingham:

"People are going to go there with an expectancy because of our away form.

"From being a division above as well, people are going to think it is automatic that we will go through to the next round.

"I can assure you it won't be that easy. It will be a very difficult task."

Personally one of my favourite points in football, as the league starts to take formation and the start of the FA Cup. We seem to be viewed as a team Rotherham much like they did when we was in league two, I have also read interesting comments on twitter and the odd general football forum regarding some of our players they plan to direct taunts too.

This is a game we shouldn't let out of grasp, it's a side I see us winning fairly easily on paper but we know this competition turns boys into men. (to speak) In Rotherham's case a poor, unless side into possibly one who can knock it about at least against us.

I will be listening as usual to the match on the radio, I'm opting out of the magpie player due to issue's and one personal matter.

I really want to see Iwelumo prove himself, if he does well with us maybe you could start to be a bit more positive? This doesn't solely reflect goals though, it includes assists and performing well. Do you take this bet?

I'm going to say 3 - 1.

I've seen figures floating around that we're x amount of tickets sold and should be a sell out, so I'm not going to guess our attendance. 7-8k Maybe?

Easy win Joe. 2 - 0

I dont know how good the following is at the new york stadium but it's a really silly name for a ground.

not a fan of them or the football they like to play. since it will be a slow day for me i might actually tune into your game 2 - 1 to you.

curle should not risk anyone who could injured!! <_<

Sounds like a very lively game, 1 - 1. Yoann Arquin and Ben Pringle (Thank you super_ram)

Steve you're off now, myself and will are still in-line with our predictions. I'm hoping we go out in the second half and show them that we're the better football side but I hope we don't shy off due to their tackling policies. No injuries so far, though the radio did mention at least 4 bad challenges. (One Player) sounded like he should of received a red card.

a draw upto now, but i really hope it will be a win by the end of the match. its nice that when ellie got up this morning she put on her notts shirt, without even us saying anything.
