The Pride of Nottingham is thrilled to welcome new Social Media Curators to our team. This role is crucial in maintaining our online presence and engaging with our fan community through timely, relevant, and engaging content about Notts County. The ideal candidate will have a knack for creating compelling social media posts, a comprehensive understanding of football, and a genuine passion for Notts County.

As a Social Media Curator, you will have the flexibility to curate and post content on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. This content could cover a broad range of topics, including but not limited to match updates, player highlights, historical flashbacks, and opinion polls. Your work will play a key role in building a dynamic and interactive fan community.

Role: Social Media Curator

As a Social Media Curator for the Pride of Nottingham fan site, it is crucial that you maintain a high standard of engaging and timely communication at all times. This involves creating and scheduling social media posts that resonate with our members, regardless of their views or affiliations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create Social Media Content: Regularly create engaging posts for our social media platforms, including match updates, player news, and community initiatives.
  • Schedule Posts: Ensure that all social media posts are scheduled at optimal times for maximum engagement.
  • Engage with the Community: Respond to comments and messages on our social media platforms in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Monitor Social Media Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, incorporating them into our social media strategy where appropriate.

Expected Conduct:

  • Creativity: Bring fresh and innovative ideas to our social media content, helping the site to stand out and engage its audience.
  • Attention to Detail: Apply meticulous attention to detail to all social media tasks, ensuring high-quality and error-free output.
  • Communication: Clearly explain your social media strategies when necessary, providing rationale and referencing specific social media best practices.
  • Time Management: Manage your workload effectively, ensuring that all social media tasks are completed in a timely manner.
