Top-notch signing, I’m really taken with the positive remarks from the Woking fans and others on social media.

I was a bit let down with David McGoldrick, he can’t attempt to go solo or to keep the ball but I reckon he should improve with the new signings. I appreciate his efforts, but his performances from the middle to the end were largely subpar. As I’ve said, the squad is shaping up nicely. So, I’m not fretting about his position. I do think another winger would come in handy, perhaps a central midfielder as well.

Any Notts supporter donning our training kit or shirts, deserves a pat on the back when appearing on national telly.

I think the win should calm some fans. It’s not possible to win every match and bouncing back from a slump can be hard. We all assumed Stuart Maynard would have a smooth ride, but it’s been quite the opposite. This is a fantastic win for him and the team.

Macca is amazing. If a striker doesn’t get good chances, scoring is tough. But we have a player who always tries. He’s a brilliant striker and adding another two goals to his tally is great.
