That's what I thought but didn't want to jump to the wrong conclusion. So referring to my comment about expecting a lot of opposition teams using this tactic ,this game was exactly what Luke Williams wanted.He will have to try and work out how to beat stubborn defences .Great planning.

Haiti were very physical and England were well below par.The game seemed more like a preseason friendly.I hope all involved with England have learnt a lesson. All aspects need to be improved on.I think we'll see a different England Next game.

Yes just ended.Difficult game against Haiti but 1- 0 Lionesses victory thanks to a twice taken , VAR awarded, penalty.

The last time we all holidayed at Skegness, pre covid, some toilets were charging 20p.I can remember a holiday at Blackpool in the 50's my grandad asking if anyone in our group had a penny as he had none in his change..For years we always made sure we had a few pennies in our pockets 'just in case' Thanks to inflation it looks like we'll soon need to rob a bank to visit a convenience. @Fan of Big Tone,groats were just a little before my time,but I do remember ha'pennys, farthings,the sixpenny bit(tanner), the twelve edged threepenny bit and even the silver threepenny bits.
