If anyone can remember Michael Parkinson ,he used to have real celebrities on his show.Top personalities who had earned celebrity status not just someone taking their 15 minutes (Far too long nowadays) of fame. Sometimes he would have relatively unknowns on but would introduce them as being just that

I don't even know who a lot of these so called celebrities are.When there is a celeb special of a TV show I have to check with google to see why they are 'famous'. Even then I often have to check with @Chris , @william1984 or other family members or friends for further information.Then I think 'so what'

Derbyshire Live is just as bad @Fan of Big Tone They have a headline that gets your attention.You start to read the report and after one sentence realise that the journalist doesn't actually have anything to report other than there has been 'an incident' There then follows a load of irrelevant waffle reporter padding out. It was the same with the TV reporting of the recent Ilkeston Road murders.They only had limited fact but continually had a reporter struggling to pronounce street names and describing the same limited information over and over again.

Macaulay Langstaff deservedly got plenty of praise last season,but it's pleasing to me to see Matty Palmer also being recognised for all his efforts.

Laughter is the best medicine @JIMBO There are a lot of members who add a bit of humour to their posts.They brighten my day up and I hope I sometimes brighten their day up .Also the number of articles and subject posts has increased which ,as a Ram ,gives me more choice to reply to.I can't always give a honest opinion, if I haven't seen a game, but I can give an opinion if it is football or life in general.I'm also happy to see members like your good self posting regularly
