  1. how about this one. also this one. PSG Women concede comical goal to leave fans "crying tears" - Daily Star WWW.DAILYSTAR.CO.UK PSG Women stars Barbora Votikova and Paulina Dudek were left to argue amongst themselves after conceding a comical goal against Lyon in the Champions League
  2. i dont think i would tell myself anything, or change anything about my past because i am very happy with where i am now. most people might have regrets or things they wished they could change but i prefer adulthood because i have more control and i never really enjoyed being younger.
  3. i hope he does well with woking, i always had hoped we would see alan judge return to notts during his career. maybe as a coach or something one day?
  4. its a good comeback but hardly the greatest, 4 goals might be uncommon but non league games that far down can be scrappy.
  5. it looks more level than forest green rovers pitch last season.
  6. i think that fans should be encouraged to voice their concerns and thoughts, i think when notts listens we see improvements. its not always the case, but i think with the reedtz we have a better chance of getting through to the club. its not the same for every club and some fans wont want to have input from supporters because of various reasons, though i think there should be a way to do so. i am against having fans in the board room and i dont think any fans should be treated differently to others. so i am not exactly sure what to suggest. i guess fan forums are one of the best ways.
  7. its not a good for scottish football or partick thistle. they need to get a grip of the finances in the scottish leagues, because i can imagine its harder for them to see it out.
  8. did anything come of his comments? i pay very little attention to football outside of league two and notts, unless its major news.
  9. i missed this but the milestone of reaching the grand master is nice to see, well done wrm.
  10. the first time i watched forest gump, it upset me. the story really does have a lot of sad times in it, even if forest does tend to overcome them. it reminded me a lot of how i used to feel isolated at school.
  11. frank lampard ???? surely coventry city fans would rather not go there? Frank Lampard: Coventry close to appointing former Chelsea and Everton boss as successor to Mark Robins | Football News | Sky Sports WWW.SKYSPORTS.COM Frank Lampard on verge of being appointed new Coventry City manager; Sky Blues sacked Mark Robins after almost eight years in charge; 54-year-old led club from League Two to Championship...
  12. i wonder if we will get any more snow? it did not really last all that long and there was a couple of days that was not so cold as to be expected.
  13. its a shame jatta did not play, hope he gets further chance in the future.
  14. even pierce morgan has been defending mike tyson, anyone who thinks tyson has ruined his legacy really dont know much about him.
  15. i dont mind some games being changed, its nice to have more free time on a saturday with the earlier kick offs. i can get home and have something to eat before its late, but sometimes its annoying. i dont mind so much these games above changed. earlier mid week games are the worst.
  16. it sounds great, @Chris. i remember the old newsletters and emails which promoted the sites content, i always thought it was a good idea.
  17. i am looking forward to the game, it would be nice if we could sustain a good cup run but it needs to not come at the cost of the league. peterborough might field a weaker side themselves so they can focus on the league. if they field their strongest squad its going to be tough, especially since we struggled earlier in the season against shrewsbury but it will show how much our defence has improved. hoping we take the game to them.
  18. great achievement. 100 goals in the champions league is an amazing feat, not many players will reach that milestone and its a sign of a players true class.
  19. i plan to go, as i want to give the team my encouragement and i think it should be fairly well supported. i have no idea about how good fulham are at the under 18 level outside of the comments about them sitting second in the highest youth league. on the day, we will just need to play our game.
  20. i have seen some in person and i felt quite scared of how close they would come to the boat i was on. they did not do anything, but the size of them and how they can splash water does make you think what if they did attack. i think they are amazing to watch but i still felt uneasy. its a shame we have been unkind to whales over the years and i can understand why they would be cautious themselves. very smart and beautiful creatures.
  21. its hard to see macari not in the team but lucas ness does seem to be more switched on as a centre back. not that i think macari does not do well, i just feel he might be better out wide. the rest of the squad, i do think will look the same as @Robbie wrote. the bench would look a lot more stronger in both attacking and defending.
  22. this is why the move makes so much sense, because when a youngster will go out and play in a team looking for promotion. they give him minutes and the fans warm to them, then it encourages them and the confidence on the pitch seems to lift. i think we have had good talent, just not pushed them or had the ability to get them the right types of loans. @Chris made some very good points in his comments.
  23. alex bass for me, hes been a huge relief in goal and his mistakes never seem to cost us. he always makes up for them and he is a very solid keeper who should only get better. i dont think most players have been all that bad, only one or two have fallen short. its good to see jevani brown stepping up, because he always seemed to have the ability but his confidence needed work. matty platty and jacob bedeau are the best centre backs we have had in years.
  24. every nation seems to have a period where they become average, and then find new talent that brings them back to the front line. germany are a good team, with a good league. they were always going to come back as a threat in major competitions. its weirder seeing italy struggle to be successful considering. good read.
  25. i like the look of bluesky and i am thinking about joining, but if i did i probably would not use twitter outside of checking on pon and notts.
