Shola Ameobi Pride of Nottingham Alumni print
Shola Ameobi came through the ranks at Newcastle United and spent close to two decades overall with the Tyneside giants, making upwards of 300 appearances, but he is just as loved at another Black & White club.
His former teammate, Kevin Nolan, signed him for Notts County in 2017 and he went on to impress for the Magpies, helping them survive that season and finish in the playoffs the following term.
