If we don't intend for him to be coach, I think it's safe to say his services could be no longer required. He's not a player who can feature frequently, once ever three games is probably the limit - a useful backup but that means others should hold priority over him.

Personally get rid allow Curtis to play in the middle with Noble and they will not get over run constantly or even push Stan high up so he has to do less running more controlling the game type
