    I've been very impressed with Jim over the last few weeks since Luke left. The management showed great confidence in Jim to step in and Jim stepped up to the plate & acted in such a professional way. It was clear that the players have great respect For him too. I was particularly impressed by the way Jim handled the interviews, where he demonstrated that he had a clear vision and plan for what he wanted to do while in charge.

    When Jim's playing career comes to an end, I believe he will have a future in football Management.

    I think Jim O’Brien has done well in temporary charge, I appreciate his efforts. About his comment on changing playing styles mid-season, it probably depends on how much the players accept the changes and how hard they work to follow those instructions. I think Stuart Maynard will slowly implement his own vision but I don’t expect this to happen instantly.
