Their goal, it was superbly created and taken.

I retract my comment in the match discussion that they didn't deserve to score, they deserved that. I just felt otherwise they didn't pose much threat, and despite thinking when it happened that it was a good goal, I felt it was more given by poor defending.

It makes me smile to see just how well Notts played. I have noted that fans are complaining less about the mistakes, some of which are valid points. Aidan Stone made several, but I do not see much criticism given to him about it, which is good. I do think it shows the difference between him and Sam Slocombe, who couldn’t do anything right in some people’s eyes. Both are so different from each other, but I still believe Slocombe has a role to play. Stone is also coming along in leaps and bounds, but I do wish he wouldn’t be so sloppy at times.

Much as it pains me I’ve got to agree a bit with their manager who said our third goal shouldn’t have been allowed as there was another ball on the pitch right in front of the goal. I reckon by the letter of the law it should have been disallowed as there were two balls in play. Anyone agree or am I talking rubbish?
