Can you explain a bit about the photo please @Piethagoram? Are we looking up Derby Road from the top end of Maid Marion Way with the Cathedral top middle of photo or am I completely wrong?It was a long time ago in my defence.

@super_ram Yes, St Barnabas Cathedral is on the left covered in soot. The photo probably predates Maid Marian Way, as is. In terms of architectural progress, I would rather have kept these old buildings than the mess we have now
