Keith Curle as mentioned since our FA cup exit, that he will addressing our weaknesses but this means it may be a case of, one player in, one player out. Would you like to see Notts sign?

Position;

Attacker/Forward.... Jose Baxter

Would be a good prospect if we could prize him away from Oldham, yet this would require a fee so it's not realistic but I can dream.

Position;

Attacker/Winger..... Stephen Elliott

I personally highly rate him, his form may of taken a dip but he's always a player that can provide given the chance. I have City friends who say he's been unsettled awhile, who also rate him.

Position;

Defender.... Luke Shaw

Highly rated young defender, who we may be able to get in on loan. Most won't probably know who he is but he seems to have a very bright future.

I think Lee Hughes will go away..

Looks that way, It's a shame but as a club we'd move forward. I just hope any replacement can be positive :)

I generally don't follow players from around other clubs, but Notts definitely need to add strength to their squad if we have any chance of promotion. I see players being shifted out in January, including Hughesy, Hamza and WIlliams would be my first two guesses though.

Notts really need a new striker, two in reality, to stand a chance of starting to put games to bed. I mentioned in my article perhaps a new left footed winger, to give Curle more options. But with Manny close to returning, Liddle may free up midfield options and improve our squad.

Boucaud is essential!

Hi all,

I think Alan Judge wants to stay, after listening to interviews I get the impression that he hasn't quite finished here at Notts yet, I certainly hope he hasn't anyway! Him and JCR are proving to be our most important outfield players at the moment.

I think that a reliable striker is still needed, Arquin & Zoko are decent however both seem to be lazy at times when they could be scoring goals. Frustrating as a fan. Would love to see Hughesy stay but to be honest, its not looking great unless Keith Curle starts him more in League games. How can a striker score 2 goals after starting at Scunthorpe and then not start at Preston North End?

Would also like to see Enoch Showunmi play more. Everyone has a go at him but lets be honest he hasn't really had a decent opportunity to prove himself at Notts. He came on against Brentford and the whole game changed, he opened the defense up and lifted the atmosphere inside the ground.

Other than a new striker/ attacking midfielder, i cant see KC signing anyone permanently in January as it has already been made clear that money is tight at Notts.

Anyway, whatever happens we all need to keep the faith and keep supporting!

You Pies!

I would quite like to see Ben Davies back at Notts, I know a lot of fans were more than dissapointed when he moved to Derby but I think he'd be accepted by the fans as soon as he bangs in a freekick!

I think Ben's now back in derby's plans but you never know in football, we may be able to borrow him for a bit.

You never know, he's a quality player and I think our attack is what's letting us down. We never seem to take our chances in the first half of games but our form will come, hopefully soon!
