What I picked up from this excellent interview by Paul Mace accompanied by Mark Stallard was that the current Notts squad is not the finished article as far as Martin is concerned.

Notts are still looking to bring players in for areas that have been identified as needing players that can improve the squad. I picked up that all options are open regarding the make up of the final squad to take us up to the Jan window.

    The Magpie Circle is excellent with its video interviews and vodcast.

    Martin Paterson speaks well, as we saw in pre-season. He comes across as having ideas and a clear plan for the season.

    There are good insights when he talks about his vision and what he wants to bring to the club.
