Pepe Mel was given the boot by WBA as well.

Sherwood was disgracefully treated. One of their players Sandro was telling all and sundry that Sherwood would be gone by the end of the season. Sherwood had one simple rule, if you didn't give 100%, you didn't play. Easy to see who the wasters at Spurs are and it ain't Tim Sherwood.....

Jesus, Derby won 4-1 at home? shows the depth of losing the net and then having to play catch up.

I'm surprised about Brighton's manager, not so much Tim. We all knew he would go.

Surprised by Oscar Garcia's resignation. Blamed a lack of willingness to invest by the board apparently. Didn't thinnk it could be for football reasons, just making the play-offs with all the injuries they suffered - especially long term - was pretty good going.

I feel a bit sorry for Tim Sherwood. The question I ask is what more could he have done? That team was not good enough to make the top 4. They went about it all wrong in the summer. Bringing in 4 or 5 players to replace Garath Bale was never going to work. They are where they should be
