Derby - Leeds

Featured Replies

@Blackville and I are going tonight. He's not been to Pride Park before.

I can remember going to this game in 1975 with a Leeds supporting friend, standing in the pop side.  Two very good, but dirty teams, lots of fights, sendings off, great goals, diving (Charlie George, Peter Lorimer, Francis Lee - nothing's new in this game), dreadful pitch, over-full ground, dreadful paper programme, great atmosphere. All in all - proper football!!

I was in the 'Ossie' end.Only one dirty team though unless you count Franny's retaliation.Leeds didn't like it when they didn't get away with their  'professional' .antics.Inspite of the obvious dislike for each other the teams shook hands at the end of the game A great time to be a Rams fan

I'll be listening on Radio Derby so please give The Rams a cheer for me

Here's the highlights from'75

Pleased to see the result, I had Derby to win 2-0 also.

Leeds have goal scorers but they're performing poorly right now, they could do with something injecting into the squad because they're predictable and boring. Derby could have had more than 4 from what I have read!

A field where dreams become reality.

A long way to go still,@liampie.I'm hoping for more activity during the transfer window but if Bent can do his bit and The Rams play at their best more consistently then I will soon be getting excited.
