Not really, but is this the latest fad to hit the mobile technology/app market? Will they work?

 

Admittedly Darren could have done with these around when he was playing for us..

No, they won't unless they encourage fitness and healthy eating.

It's proven with children those who are overweight generally don't come off technology. How the hell @super_pie is still good to go, I don't know but yeah Caskey is a bit plump.

He was certainly rotund for a footballer, not sure about these apps but I could do with trying one after going on that cruise.

If Granny describes  someone as a bit 'bonny' I've come to understand her to mean that person is fat.It's her way of being kind about a person being overweight and not the usual meaning

i am not really sure who you are discussing, i will just go with the rules that are thought to apply here and agree. i will add apps for everything is starting to become funny but if it does actually help people then that is good.
