Ok, so ignoring the potential loophole part of this first article, we all know that Man City have fallen foul of the FFFP rules...

Ok, so now is there a loophole or not? Is that deal dodgier than a 9 bob note?

Have Man City suddenly had an absolutely mega cash injection? Does this reporter have any sort of understanding of the clubs current situation?

I am sure it will be peanuts and not a proper punishment for failing whatever the outcome.

The F.A and Premiership need to do more, that said I still hope they win the league and stop Chelsea from doing it.

@BromPie - I hope so, I don't like Chelsea very much. I think they have been somewhat lucky this season, although I am only hoping City do because all the others have blown it in my opinion.

Man City really need to address their spending though, they will struggle if their owner loses interest.

Following on from this, It could all still go horribly wrong for Chelsea, as this article reports...http://www.givemesport.com/537903-chelsea-have-no-chance-of-signing-lionel-messi?autoplay=on&utm_source=outbrain-rss&utm_medium=outbrain-rss&utm_campaign=outbrain-rss

Something like this is needed IMO, and fast, the day a BIG club in England goes belly up "A la" Rangers, the premier league and the footballing world will have to wake up... the fees involved are strangling lower league clubs. The new system clubs were forced to accept is ludicrous, will they only be happy when the sport we love has been ruined beyond all recognition?
