For those who didn't see, here's the incident in question. (I didn't)

I noticed many comments on facebook, very few seemed to agree it was but for me it warranted the colour red. Very careless challenge, one which only looked like he 'might' get the ball but the video looks to me like it might of been slimmer. The angle does him justice to be honest too

The video isn't working Joe. "This video has been removed by the user"

I watched last night and I wasn't at all surprised when the ref pulled out a red card, it was a shame though as it sort of made the game a little one sided.

red card deffo, shouldn't of put his foot so high and the player could of been seriously hurt.

I thought this was a good example of when a referee should use common sense.I don't think there was any malice or dangerous intent.Nani was reckless and a boot so high is dangerous but think yellow should have sufficed.

Fixed. People was talking about it in the MLSB and one fan said to the security guard/bouncer (forest fan one) "it's another English team cheated out of the champions league". The referee made a good call, Nani or any player should be mindful. Notts was lucky tonight, as two of our players did virtually the same but Leyton's player who was caught made the most of it.

I agree with Tony, though point out players actions ruin games too.
