How should English fans protest?

Featured Replies

Let's assume that a lot of us Notts fans would like to protest at the way the club is being run, on and off the field. How though?

1.  Boycott the matches?

2.  Leave 10 minutes early en masse?

3.  Get into the ground but stay below the stands until the 5th minute?

4.  Face away from the pitch?

5.  Boo?

6.  Chant and sing at the board/manager etc.?

7.  Give out leaflets outside the ground?

8.  Bring in large banners and display them - is this allowed in England?

9.  Get enough signatures together to call an EGM and then pass a motion sacking the board - oops - can't go that in England?

I'd be genuinely interested to hear people's views in terms of:

Which ones would fans support?

Which ones would do any good in the short and/or long term?

Which would be a waste of time?

Which might do more harm than good?

For me it would probably be number three, but after 10 minutes to give time for the lack of atmosphere to sink in. Leaving early might be counter productive if Notts are battling for a win. I'm not sure though anything would be achieved.
