@thommo club is up for sale ...highly unlikely that the current owners will sack their own manager after 7 games and have to pay him up? ...and he's just in the door so why would he resign when he has just got there ?

you can bet if it's Alan hardy he will sack him a real Notts fan who goes to games an sees how he sets us up belive me he will get him straight out.

-As he expierenced the fans anger towards him and he'd win slot of fans over by doing it

Maybe , unlike some fans , he thinks it's pointless sacking a young manager after 7 games ?

a young manager who's who's come in and dropped all attacking options such as noble mcleod Burke Snidjers Stan and haven't scored in 5-6 games now .

He has no idea and rember his interview ?

Il tell you some key phrases he used to refresh you Notts have no problem scoring goals we had the highest amount of goals scored.

Oh Fullarton comes in we couldn't buy a goal we create 3 chances max a game I'm not sure what games you watch at times but I'm sure it ain't the same ones I watch.

Its like when you have a young player ie Kyle Dixon you can always tell if they ain't gonna make it.

same with a manager in my view I can gaurentee you when Fullarton goes no football league club will be in a rush to get him will his pal winter appoint him as he thinks he is going to be a sucsess.

The same man who thought david weir was going to be a sucsess at Sheffield United an guess what they nearly went down that season anyone who buys the club will want the fans on there side and not a toxic atmosphere getting worse.

Untill Fullarton goes we are not picking up points it's that simple I respect that you're willing to fight for Fullarton but sometime you have to wake up and actually smell the **** that is in the air at the moment

So Aileen. Please clarify. When you said that he (JF) knew exactly what he was walking into, to what exactly are you referring, if it was not the imminent sale of the club?

Well, if you remember, i was quoting your own post with my answer! You were querying the "odd" decision to sack Moniz, given that you seemed sure it was on the cards we had already made a decision to sell imminently. You said, that being the case, JF therefore had a "special kind of arrogance" in taking on the role. I pointed out that your judgment of our sacking and your assessment of JF were flawed in that regard, for the reason i stated.

JF knew the players, the plan for the club, the staff and the expectations At The Time of interview. Hope that clarifies. If not, just say, Mr M.

not bein disrespectful here  @erindoors

But what is the plan at the moment ?

Becuase we seem to be sliding down this table quicker then a stone  drops I know you don't pick the team or do the tactics or formations etc etc.

But what's the plan cause it seems conference bound or close enough to it.

I just want reassurance that everything is going to be okay at the moment it's looking worse by the day

I just don't think he is up to it and he needs to admit it, as the football he is trying to play is so primitive that he must have dug it out of a museum. The game has moved on and you are actually allowed to move the ball around, he lines them up like a bar football team.

Forgive the blatant descent into some potentially suspect psychology here, but I think the average supporter can, at the moment, relate strongly to the negative side of one of my favorite quotes of all time regarding managers.

"In the same way that dogs are supposed to look like their owners, football teams have a habit of resembling their managers." - Amy Lawrence

I think Jamie is a product of his own managers. He is no doubt strongly influenced by the likes of Steve Coppell, David Hay and Jimmy Bone, all of whom liked to play by the numbers. Regimentation. Fixed assets. No silliness. Don't make asses of yourself at the back. In a word, stiff. Emphatic, if done right, but stiff. Furthermore, I genuinely don't think Jamie ever really stood out as a leader. This is not to disparage either his character or his achievements, but I believe at heart he's a teacher, not a general.

I suppose my greatest reservation about an "out" vote at the moment is that it means the parade goes on. A club with a manager that can't orchestrate is in a tough spot. A club that can't select a manager and stick with them regardless of early form is arguably no better off.

I think the biggest unanswered question is whether the Board knew that Jamie's philosophy was a return to hoof ball and not of, refining Ricardo's free flowing football by just tightening the defence. Sometimes in interviews, you want to say the right words to give you a chance of the job. I am pretty sure that if the Board could foresee the eventual outcome, Moniz might have been a better bet to remain. Hoof ball is not the way forward and the sidelining of Stanley, Filip and Gernaro remains unacceptable

Exactly. To play the football that Moniz wanted to play, he needed a quality back four, with two big, strong and quick centre halves, with the ability to play top half of League one. Unfortunately he opted for Audel, Bennett, Sprockel and Hollis, none of which are good enough for League 2. That, along with not signing more defensive full backs was his undoing.

The past few weeks the club have released 'freeview' interviews, I wonder why ? Maybe because both loach and stead will stand up for the manager and won't say anything bad because they are professional, why is it all of a sudden we are getting free interviews from both, the second the fans turn on the manager the two players supporting him give interviews that just happen to be free...

Nope. Not any clearer. Just say whether he knew that you were about to sell the club! That is what I had understood you were saying originally.
