Alessandra, classy second half and he really made it difficult for Barnet to play at key times.

Thought both keepers did well.

Brisley was fine again at the back, but we was a little empty at times. Very hard to say anyone else matched Lewis Alessandra. Good team performance at the end of the day.

@Chris Have to disagree re comments on Alessandra....Nolan was trying to get Hewitt on as Alessandra wasn't offering the protection that Tootle was needing , as Barnet dominated in the closing minutes of the match down Notts's right.

Another tricky decision, but Ryan Yates just shades it from Dicko for me.  He not only scored the decisive goal, but bounced back from a poor performance against FGR to show what he offers the team.

Perhaps your right about the cover, and defending comment but going forward he was a live wire.

Despite the vast improvement there was some suspect defending, quite a few players left it to certain people to mop up but I think as a team we played well. I also think Alessandra became tired hence the change.

Milsom for me, does the simple things well. Yates did OK winning the ball, but can’t play a forward pass. Dicko lost his man and nearly cost a goal, but for Fitz’s full length dive to cut out the cross.

There wasn’t one outstanding individual, but that’s good as it means the team did its job.

Here's our Man of the Match for yesterday's clash against Barnet! Ryan Yates was a popular decision on social media. Thanks for voting....
