How to get your fizzog on telly

I’ve been watching a few crucial relegation and promotion battles on telly and I noticed that the cameraman always focuses on people who are biting their nails nervously, so if you want to get on the telly get yer hand to yer mouth and look nervous, then as soon as the camera points at you hold up a notice saying “hello mum”.
