You have to say when his decision work, they work well. Nice to see him keeping calm and relaxed.

its all positive for me, i like what he says and he seems to be a manager that knows who deserves what. its good he tries to lift them. bouncing back is the most important thing and a good win does that.

At least hes sticking around and notts haven't sacked another manager and dug a deeper hole for us. We did well that game.
