He definetly needs to tackle more but cover less ground as hes not as able now hes older

He's becoming some sort of escape goat at the club, however I do feel he hasn't been his best recently. I think Neal Ardley needs to figure out when he can be played, yet will he still be at the Notts next season? I don't know.
