this is part of the problem if you asked me, nobody is around long enough to really settle or emerged themselves as a regular player. sacking the manager all the time does not help either, they have to constantly adjust which i thinks just negative.

Quite an easy question to be fair, most of the squad have departed the club which is shocking.
