Grealish learns lesson the hard way
I do feel that the national press are trying to feed of Grealish, nobody thought much of when Gazza and so many former brilliant players messed about getting drunk but I do think Jack needs to be careful because he's got an image which needs protecting as it could escalate towards ruining his upcoming career. Ex players like Stuart Pearce believe this to be over hyped too and I feel it's in his time. Young players of today just need to be careful but he's only 19, no different from anyone but his job is one within the public eye, so it's easy to scrutinize. Nice piece Jamie

County consider ex-Newcastle starlet
Adam Campbell is a player I would love to see Notts snap up, he's a very promising player and I do believe he could offer us something within League Two. Now rumour is, a set of Championship and League One teams are also interested but Adam has agreed to feature in our first pre season friendly. If I was Moniz I would look at keeping an eye on the interest shown within Campbell.

Notts Must Focus On Home Form
Absolutely that we must improve our home form, fans will be wanting to see victories from home and away - yet it is of great importance to be pleasing the home support. If within the 2015/16 we can just get that spirit back which has been somewhat lacking in recent years, I feel we will. Onwards & Upwards!

PONcast Extra (All-Stars Special)
Thanks for the responses and input folks, it's good to hear feedback. It's early days for the PONcast, myself and JJ had outlined the 7th episode as being the region whereby we felt things would have become steady. Yet, having said that I am impressed myself throughout the early days and the standard is something we keep adjusting too.

Newton & Tempest Deals
Former Notts County duo Sean Newton and Greg Tempest have secured contracts for their services, with the former Magpies set to face each other within the 2015/16 season within Vanarama Conference. 26-year-old Newton has joined Wrexham after being released by Lincoln City while youth team graduate Greg Tempest has gone on to join the Imps.βOnce I heard that Wrexham and the gaffer were interested in me, then there was only one club for me, There were offers from other clubs, and others at a higher level, but this place ticked all the boxes.β said Newton. βIβve played against Wrexham plenty of times and always thought this was a place I would love to playβ, he added. Tempest, who made a string of appearances for the Northern Ireland Under-21s during his time at Meadow Lane, said of his move: βI'm grateful to Boston really. When I knew I wasn't in the manager's plans at Notts County, I had to get out on loan. βNotts didn't have a reserve team, so I was not getting any game time. Playing for Boston kept me involved and made this move possible." Pride of Nottingham wishes both Sean Newton and Greg Tempest all the very best with their careers.

Notts Runner Keeps Going
Alun is an inspiration, as someone who knew 'Anony' - I am touched by this and when I first that this was taking place, I knew it would be a nice tribute to the lady herself. Her death really shook me and I feel honoured to have known her and have been in attendance of her funeral. Our match chat isn't the same without her but Canadian and PTID have continued what she started. Well Done Alun for continuing and running for charity but thanks for doing it with Annoy at heart.

PONcast Episode 3
We are now at Episode 3 with the Pride of Nottingham PONcast and we are delighted with the progress made so far. These early shows have helped us to get to grips with the production, allowing us to work on the principles we set outright when we began Pride of Nottingham many moons ago. Joe Jones and I have been enjoying discussing Notts, as we have throughout our involvement with doing the Pride of Nottingham website, and we are delighted to bring yet another feature to the Notts County community. We have an on-demand service for folks to catch up with these features, which can be found on the PONcast website. You can subscribe to the PONcast show by downloading any of the major Android apps, the likes of βPodcast Addictβ, βPodcast Republicβ or even the βPocket Castsβ app which I highly recommend. You can also subscribe via Itunes for all IOS devices, including Iphones, Ipads and Mac computers. In addition, we are on the popular TuneIn Radio app, which is available on multiple platforms including Windows handheld devices. To-date, we have 3 main shows available, one PONcast Extra and the introduction episode we released at the very beginning. Below you can read the PONcast Episode 3 Show Notes. [media]http://traffic.libsyn.com/poncast/Pride_of_Nottingham_-_PoNcast_Episode_3.mp3 If your mobile cannot display the media player, please download directly from - Here. I'm going to leave this open until about 7pm. I will also ask several people to head over to vote for the winner, so that it gives people a fair chance. The folks I already mentioned this too, agreed about helping make sure it's fair so it should be interesting.

I'll combat the disadvantage by asking people to check at points whereby I notice several updates, I am sure enough people will re-read what people say because it's actually interesting to see what's said. Unless anyone disagrees? I'm going to ask our friendly neighbour photographer to be a judge, since he would want a Notts T-Shirt of course!

Okay, for a chance to win this very fine design and excellent T-Shirt pictured below. I would like you to simply answer the following questions to form a sort of testimonial for this very website. Quite simple to do and as always, I ask community members to vote for their favourite. Who ever gains the most votes will win the T-Shirt! The deadline will fall on Monday the 27th at 8pm. I will then inform and contact the winner so that they can claim their prize. Please answer all four of the following questions. Why did you join prideofnottingham.co.uk? What is your main highlight of being a member? How much have you seen PoN grow during your time? As a community, what would you say are the three core values to PoN and why?
