  1. The stewards are usually fine, but the turnstile staff can be rude and very disrespectful. I am short for my age, and when I was younger they sometimes tried to force me to prove my age. It felt intimidating having someone push me like that. I often did not know how to react, and it left me feeling uncomfortable.

  2. It all feels like a lot of fuss over nothing. It's good that the club is trying to be open, but when the questions are sent in beforehand, it gives them time to plan their answers. That takes away some of the honesty.

  3. I hope Harry Griffiths is better protected than the team we last put out in this competition. That group lacked match fitness and the changes in defence left him exposed. It's fair to give returning players a chance to get back to league standard, but it shouldn't mean the keeper ends up taking the blame because the players in front of him are either unfamiliar with each other or tiring too soon.

  4. @DangerousSausage If it turns out that Alassana Jatta missed the game because his agent was trying to push through a move after a bid was turned down, and the back spasm was just made up to help with that, then both Jatta and his agent should be fined by the FA.

It would be hard to prove, of course, but if that’s what happened, it’s not fair on the club or the fans. His agent doesn’t seem very clever if that’s the way he’s going about things.
