Thanks for thinking of us @hissingdwarf.I usually sign in for granny and read through all the topics that have been posted since our last visit. She tells me if or what she wants to post. She usually gets on with her crafting or whatever while I post for her. As with your Ben this helps her with her fingers and I make the posts quicker than she would. When I log on for myself I just go to the new content and post for myself having already updated myself with granny..Your suggestion is something for us to bear in mind though and many thanks for that.

Why did you join prideofnottingham.co.uk ? I was more or less press ganged into joining by notts-joe, who just happens to be my son.(Does that make me the father of PoN ?) I have mentioned before that I was a bit reluctant at first(a Derby County fan on a Nottingham site ?) but Notts are my second team and this site is on the right side of the Trent so here I am and you'll have to put up with me. What is your main highlight of being a member ? The PoN get together for the Port Vale game and getting to know, first hand ,a few of our daft bunch. Reading all the articles, blogs and posts on the forum and sharing all the ups and downs we football fans endure. The community spirit, banter and togetherness. How much have you seen PoN grow during your time ? From a hand full of posts per week by mostly close family members. Now I'm disappointed if we don't make at least 50 posts a day. From a new member joining very occasionally to several new members almost daily. As a community what would you say are the three core values to PoN and why ? I'll just say this-We are a group of fairminded, tolerant, amusing and entertaining individuals. We are more than just a Notts County fan site. We are a site where anyone is made to feel welcome whatever team they support, their political view, religious beliefs ,sex or age .We are a site where any topic can be discussed openly and without fear of being abused We are The Pride of Nottingham!

League One Round-Up
Worrying times for all Notts County fans! After losing away to MK Dons, who are firmly placed 4th in the play off places. Notts County find themselves one place above the drop zone but only by goal difference. Only 5 points separate 14th placed Gillingham and next to the bottom placed Colchester. Notts County have a game in hand over the 2 teams immediately above them, Coventry and Crawley, which will prove crucial. The battle for a play off place is no less interesting with 5th placed Sheffield United only 7 points clear of 12th placed Bradford. League One Results Barnsley 1–1 Preston Bradford 2–2 Fleetwood Coventry 1–3 Doncaster Rovers Crawley 1–0 Leyton Orient Crewe Alexandra 0–1 Oldham Gillingham 2–2 Colchester MK Dons 4–1 Notts County Peterborough 1–0 Chesterfield Rochdale 3–1 Scunthorpe Sheffield United 4–0 Port Vale There were 5 home wins, 2 away wins and 3 draws. League One Round-Up
The competition for play off places is getting very interesting with only 8 points separating 5th placed Sheffield United and 15th placed Oldham. The situation at the bottom end is no less interesting with Coventry, Leyton Orient and Crawley all winning, Crewe, Colchester, Yeovil all losing and Notts, Scunthorpe and Walsall all drawing. Walsall lie 16th but are only 8 points adrift of a play off place and yet are also only 7 points above safety, which shows how tight this league is but games are running out. League One Results Bristol City 0–0 Gillingham Chesterfield 2–3 Coventry Colchester 2–3 Crawley Doncaster Rovers 0–2 Peterborough Fleetwood 1–0 Rochdale Leyton Orient 3–0 Yeovil Notts County 1–1 Bradford Oldham 1–3 Barnsley Port Vale 0–1 Swindon Preston 5–1 Crewe Alexandra Scunthorpe 1–1 Sheffield United Walsall 1–1 MK Dons There were 3 home wins, 5 away wins and 4 draws. MK Dons are 4th with 63 points from 36 games. Sheffield United are 5th on 54 points from 45 games. Barnsley move into the final play off place after a good away win at Oldham with 53 points from 36 games, the same as 7th placed Peterborough who continued their revival with an away win at Doncaster. Fleetwood move up to 8th place after beating Rochdale and have 51 points from 36 games. Bradford remain 9th with 50 points from 35 games. Doncaster drop to 10th also on 50 points but from 36 games. Chesterfield fall to 11th from 35 games with Port Vale dropping to 12th from 36 games, both teams on 48 points.
