    But @Dry Nelson Raycan you remember Kelsey Grammer's first wife in Cheers? A classic episode when he is in a theatre, watching the performance and says.... yes, I know that person on stage, just can't think of her name.... long pause.... oh yes, got it now, that's my first wife (played by Emma Thompson) ER, Scrubs...good hospital series too... but have to mention, us Notts supporters do have an aversion to anything red (F*rest connection obviously) or even shades of red... Burgundy, Crimson, Maroon, Scarlett Have a good evening!

    Personally I am more a CHEERS person , "Sometimes you wanna go Where everybody knows your name And they're always glad you came..." but my favourite American series was Gary Cole's Midnight Caller, final tag line at the end of each show "Good night America, wherever you are...."

    My grandfather would take me on the South Notts or West Bridgford buses from Clifton. First was to Notts ( I was 8 years old at the time), then later to a game at Forest ( v Man Utd). George Best scored from the penalty spot...and I had decided, Notts was to be my forever home. Fancy players like Ian Storey-Moore had no place in my thoughts... I preferred the atmosphere of the "true" down to earth folk at Meadow Lane. It takes a certain hardness as a kid to follow a lesser team, where children tend to follow glory hunters wherever in the country they maybe. I have no regrets. Life can be painful but I am proud to have supported Notts for 56 years
