Kieran Maguire on @TheMagpieCircle podcast pointed out that supporters expectations don't necessarily align with reality. Take budgets for example, Notts seemingly have a middling budget, meaning probably 7 clubs at least have larger playing budgets. The key is the Reedtz Bros look to outperform the budget. Kieran, likened Notts to Brighton, it's a slow build...but supporters can take faith in, that Notts are building.
An interesting aside, employees increased from 274 to 340...when Man U in the news for staff redundancies. 25% increase, seems high for an EFL2 club?
