Your Friday evening Weather.- Stuart Maynard’s Tactical Versatility: Notts County’s Readiness for Crewe Alexandra’s Shape-Shifting Style
I have been very impressed how Stuart Maynard has come in and immediately started working on improving Notts's defensive record. We have already seen Notts change to a back 4 that has worked particularly well. It is very important that Notts can field different formations, be able to change shape and tactics during a match to counter the tactics of the opposition. Stuart has identified the importance of flexibility on the pitch, something that was very much lacking under Luke Williams. The Crewe match will certainly be a big test for Notts on Saturday, but with Stuart's fresh tactics & new way of playing, I believe Notts can get a positive result.- Tennis. Brit Watch.

Your Friday Morning Weather. After a cold start, sunny spells and scattered showers for Friday morning. Some turning heavy at times with hail and thunder, and even some hill snow in the north. Feeling rather chilly, particularly in brisk winds.- Jokers Wild: Joke Of The Day.
- Scott Robertson Reflects on his Notts County Journey So Far
Many Notts fans like myself were skeptical of Scott's signing for Notts, but after a slow start he has been a revelation in the middle of midfield for us. I believe that we can credit Scott for our improvement in defensive areas & he works very well with John Bostock too. Matt Palmer has been a big loss to Notts since his injury, however I believe Scott has done well to reduce the impact of that loss. I believe Scott will grow further into his role and may prove good competition for Matt when Matt is ready to return. I must congratulate our Notts recruiters too for getting it right once again with bringing in Scott.- Jokers Wild: Joke Of The Day.
