  1. i wished more people like this was out there! i know i have mentioned it before but my dad and uncle now have season tickets at notts. they have for the past 3 seasons and my dad recently told me he prefers the atmosphere at notts on match days at meadow lane. he does go to forest still, but he does not have a season ticket with them. slowly but surely hes coming over.
  2. welcome to pon, its nice to be saying hello to you @LesBradd4England.
  3. welcome to pon, @Magpie Bill. its nice to see you have joined us.
  4. welcome to pon, i am glad you joined us @McSwegansRightPeg.
  5. i don't understand it. do you just guess words that fit? i am not really sure, i have not played it but at the same time i have seen people especially on twitter play it.
  6. maybe he should have wore his pilot jacket or bought a bomber jacket? i would not mess with ricardo then. i do feel sorry for him because he seems a decent manager and an excellent coach, but his managerial positions dont seem to last long enough for him to truly get his ideas over.
  7. delighted to see that connell rawlinson has agreed a new deal, i think 2 years gives both him and notts the flexability to see how his performances impact the team. as it mentions, he has experience at this level and we need a variety of that.
  8. i think luke williams knows our level, what the players have in them and we just need to get back into league one first. we are good enough for that, but promotion is earned and not given. by time notts does make it to the championship i believe we will be ready for the challenge.
  9. i liked him at first but then he went pretty awful, misplacing passes and looking out of depth. i felt after he left that he would end up playing for most of the local non league teams. its a shame because he did look very good once.
  10. i would chip in if i can but i only play for a hour at the most every day, not enough time otherwise.
  11. i think the better and bigger team won, barnsley would most likely come straight back down and there is nothing fun about that
  12. i did not even go out, I felt a bit unwell on saturday and i rested yesterday. today work seemed slower but i feel much better.
  13. psg are a joke, they have several bad eggs and some of their staff are just as bad. i would not be surprised if in the future fraud is uncovered with people taking money out of their money fountain.
  14. i dont see it, it takes a lot to get out of the national League. many bigger clubs have struggled, it will take them years, if not decades.
  15. it will be for the derek pavis trophy but renamed in honour of jason turner. i dont mind playing them every other season but again so soon? really? oh well.
  16. welcome to pon @Zski, we are good community.
  17. jake reeves was a good player for us and even i thought it would be hard to replace him. i wish him well at the real dons.
  18. is that dean windass son? good to see wednesday go straight back up, they are too big for league one.
  19. I dont fear or worry about stockport, but i am more pleased by carlisle advancing. yes we would probably do well against them but i would rather notts play challenging teams that push us to be better. well done carlisle!
  20. @AmericanPie im hoping we can use some of the promotion money to buy in a few key players, whilst offering those out of contract better deals. if we can keep the gates high, that will bring in some much needed money.
  21. i am pleased luton went up, i still dont forgive coventry for how they robbed us at meadow lane. luton has made an amazing story by gaining promotion too. i think they will struggle, next season but i hope they build to be a good championship team. if they can stay up, even more amazing.
  22. Good luck, jimmy knowles. Zhe should do well for boston. i thought he did well for us, hope in a few years hes back in the football league.
  23. he was okay, nothing special when with us. i was more encouraged by jimmy knowles, aaron collins had a good amount of pace but little impact. im glad hes improved over time, colby bishop is a big part of portsmouth right now, so some ex players are doing very well.
  24. i would rather see a different team than bayern win the German league, even dortmund. both clubs dominate the league like manchester city/any other 2nd place premier team. i wished the other team won.
  25. welcome, @HarryNCFC0. glad you have joined us on pon. i hope to see your input.
