Some Shrewsbury supporting friends were saying Cotterill doesn't much like the new director of football club structures

if it works for him and fgr so be it, cotterill clearly is a manager who likes control of his own future. director of football can help, but i dont think many lower teams are setup right enough for them to work. the money is better spent on players.
