I applaud those who have set up courses for people who have been identified as those who chant obscene things like this, but it is sad when these courses have to be set up at all.

These people who chant these obscene things are devoid of common sense, morals or decency, & if caught, shouldn't get the opportunity to go to a football match for a very long time if ever.

These People Aren't Fans. They're Just Complete and Total F****** A********. Each and every one who are Clearly  Identified Need Banning For Life. Never Being Able to Attend Any Match in Any Football League Full Stop.

It’s crucial that banning orders are issued and stewards take immediate action to remove fans who engage in inappropriate chanting. Without such measures, the situation is unlikely to improve. Even if the police were to film the stands and issue bans at a later date, it wouldn’t make a significant difference. The key is to take action during the event, not just afterwards.

The majority of individuals who engage in this behaviour are fans who take their team’s rivalry to an extreme level, even going as far as to sew Stone Island labels onto their garments. They represent the most undesirable kind of supporters any club could have.

I think some people think it's banter, but in fact it's sickening. I think these days, a lot of stuff which isn't "banter" gets given that title as an attempt to make it acceptable or to normalise it.

I have been at games where I have heard these types of chants and comments.

you have to be a sick person and not a real football fan to chant sickening stuff like the article mentions, thankfully a lot of fans come together over the passing and its just small pockets of people i would suspect looking to be controversial. they are not football fans but people looking to get a reaction out of opposition fans.

this behaviour is not the sign of someone wanting to support their club.
