Good morning it’s a new week and it’s a wet miserable start here but let’s look on the bright side it’s forecast to be a bit brighter and drier later.

I hope everyone is well and fighting fit, whether you are going back to school/college after the half term break or off to work or turning over for another hour in bed I hope you have a good day.

It's been a lovely morning here with plenty of sunshine.

A visit to the supermarket this morning then some time in the garden fixing post buddies to the garden fence posts.

The recent strong winds have tested our fencing to the full. The post buddies do help to stabilise the posts & give them some further prolonged life.

Very sluggish start to the day.

I can't report much in terms of activity in the real world, but I have been doing server- and site-related stuff. In a moment I will update the news ticker; I probably should look if I can implement permissions for non-admins to update it. I am hoping to pick things up; it's frustrating me, and I don't like how inactive I have been due to personal matters. I know most will understand; it's not that, it's me.

At least I am snug and in virtually no pain. Also, my left hand is starting to feel normal. I feared I might have broken it or done some nerve or muscle damage when I put it back in place. So, that's a positive.

I also want to sort out time to try to go to a gym, but this would depend on my friend whose partner is currently preparing for the loss of her nan. It's very sad, and I really hope they both come through it. :(

Good morning, it’s a cool start but looking to be a decent day especially in the morning, we might catch a shower this afternoon.

Welcome back to the gaffer @Chris it’s good to see you posting again I’m glad to hear you haven’t any pain at the moment.

We are going clothes shopping ready for our upcoming cruise, we’ve got most things but just need a couple of extra stuff to replace worn out things.

We want to go a long walk as well so it’ll be an early start so we can fit it all in.

Have a great day everyone.

i am in the homeward stretch of finishing work, which today has gone by very quickly.

i did not have a break, due to how busy work was and i am not that bothered because it meant that others would finish on time. i think team work is important, and a 15 minute break being used to help is not a big deal even tho i think i am one of few who would. at dinner time, i walked into the city centre and eat at the kfc near the market square. its very annoying with all the bike delivery people buzzing around and paying little attention to themselves or anyone else. very ignorant!!

i have some time off coming up, as i have take my holidays that are remaining. so, i will be wondering how i can still be productive during that point but i should be on here a lot more. please let mark know, i am sorry to read about his partners nan @Chris. :(
